About the collections



The CSUDH Digital Collections are digitized photographs and documents from the collections of the Department of Archives and Special Collections. They cover a wide range of subjects, including California State University Dominguez Hills, the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, the history-rich Rancho San Pedro and the Dominguez family that owned it, the 1910 International Air Meet at Dominguez Field, and others.

Recent additions to the digital collections include images from the Long Beach Fireman's Historical Museum and photographs and documents from the Tradeswomen Collection, which helps chart the historic growth of women working in non-traditional trades in California and around the world.
